What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit & debit cards, RuPay, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — COD is available on most pin codes across India. You can pay in cash when your order arrives.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 days across India, depending on your location.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a small flat fee applies below that.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy 7-day returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags. Just reach out and we'll arrange a pickup.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll set up the exchange.
Product Care
How should I wash my cotton pieces?
Hand-wash or gentle machine-wash cold with mild detergent, separately for the first wash. Hand-block prints use natural dyes, so avoid harsh bleaches and dry in shade to keep colours vivid.
Will the colours fade?
A slight softening of natural dyes over time is part of the hand-block-printed character. Washing in cold water and drying in shade keeps them looking their best for years.
